Eliminate Uncertainty with Propane Contracting

For homeowners, GRAINCO FS, Inc. offers convenient price protection programs. Our two primary programs guarantee a firm price for the number of gallons you anticipate using by March 31st of the next year, so price fluctuations won’t be a factor during the high-demand heating season. All payment plan contracts must be signed and returned in the summer. Contracted gallons are delivered between September 1st and March 31st. We do require a minimum of 500 gallons to contract, and enrollment ends August 31st.

Budget Billing Plan

• Eliminate Price Risk and Uncertainty: Spread out your heating costs over 11 months and pay the same rate each month. Gallons will be delivered through March ‘25 while payments will extend through May ‘25.
• No Need to Monitor Your Tank: On Budget Billing, you will automatically enroll in keep full, and we will monitor your usage for you.

• Simplify Your Plan with Auto Pay: Enroll in our Auto Pay Plan (ACH) or get setup to automatically pay by credit/debit card for added convenience.

• Go Digital: View your statements, invoices, and other tools through MyFS.
• No Hidden Fees: We do not charge a HAZMAT or fuel surcharge fee.

Pre-Pay Plan

• Capture an Additional $0.20/GA Savings: Pre-pay for your propane needs for the contracted heating season and save an additional $0.20/GA compared to our Budget Billing program!
